Ok, so while I have no picture proof, I can tell you that the picture of the thermometer from before, was nothing compared to this morning. I didn't take a picture because I literally thought my camera might break if I exposed it to the -19 temperature & the -35 windchill factors! Holy cow it was cold, even Ralee didn't want to be out in it as he's prancing 3 legged, switching legs as quickly as possible because he was so cold. I have to admit though, I did have to look at the thermometer twice to ensure it really was almost 20 below zero and not 20 above. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. But alas, they were not. It is however, a whole wopping -3 now. Gotta love Wisconsin.
Oh, did I mention that was a 60+ degree temperature change from yesterday morning? Who'da thunk it in the dead of winter???

Like Min, I was also scolded about blogging by somebody so here I am! I'm not sure where the last month went to but it's gone and well, it's now the end of January. And Min, no, WI is the frozen tundra, I have proof.
And, it's snowing again. At least it's actually snowing, since the forecast was for sleet and stuff for hours prior to turning to snow. Might I add it was 44 when I got up this morning and tomorrow it's supposed to be -5? We've gotten at least 6 inches of snow every week for the past month. Love Wisconsin!
Anyway, I may very well have the sweetest (albiet MIA) spouse on earth...we had been back and forth about a vehicle, couldn't decide and I flat out decided it wasn't worth my trouble and I'd keep my piece of crap Jetta....was having a really bad day at work and got home and my garage door opener wasn't working so that improved my Friday afternoon tremendously. So I hopped out and opened the door, all the while, cussing and swearing to make a trucker blush and I opened the door and well here is why I couldn't open my garage door. My spot was taken.

Ha, decision made. I love my new vehicle. Could stand to be a bit more green and have better fuel economy but all in all, love it.
Ralee goes in for surgery Thursday for a torn ACL (well, it's just a CL in a dog), good thing he only has 2 knees (which is ironic because I originally thought he was 4 but apparently dogs are like humans & have 2 elbows and 2 knees and thank goodness for all involved, including our bank account, the likelihood of a torn ligament in an elbow isnt' very good!).
Whew...let's see. For those of you who don't know, I'm starting massage therapy school in March. So that's a big change.
Troy hopefully will home for good in a couple of weeks. Well, I use 'for good' loosely, that means for a couple weeks until he goes back to start up the other job in IN. However, at this point, I'll take what I can get.
That's all I've got at this point. Gotta hit the treadmill. Have fun kids!
